Delivery Policy

PROCESSING TIME

Current processing time: 2-4 weeks. 

GIFTS

All items are beautifully wrapped – I do recycle packaging so if you want only new packaging please let me know.

I am always happy to handwrite or print out a notes! Just leave me a note with details at checkout and I will take care of your gifts for you!

SHIPPING POLICY

All items will be very well packaged and sent in new condition.

All products are posted from the Ribble Valley. Lancashire, United Kingdom.

The item will be posted via Royal Mail.

Delivery time for UK customers:

Most orders will get delivered within 3-7 business days from the date in which it was posted. Please refer to the postal provider for delivery schedules on weekends.

There will be no deliveries on holidays or Sundays.

Incorrect postal address

In the event you provided us with the wrong postal address, and your package gets returned to us, you will be responsible for the postal charges associated with re-posting the package.

NOTE: Please understand that I am not responsible for any damage or package loss occur by postal or shipment services.

SPECIAL NOTE: Once packages are accepted and in the care and hands of Royal Mail, any delays will be the responsibility of the Post Office.

Cancellation and Returns

You the customer are at the heart of what we do, we want you to be delighted with your purchase.

We know things don’t always go to plan and we want to make sure that you are happy.

This policy is set out to protect you and is compatible with British law.

Cancellation

You have 7 days in which to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

If the item has been dispatched the Returns policy will be applied.

Returns

I gladly accept returns and exchanges :

Contact me within 14 days of delivery

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30
calendar days of your purchase.

The product must be in the same condition that
you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process
your refund within 14 days of it being returned to us.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve
used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business
days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.


If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30
calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Of course your statutory rights are not affected.

support team.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
